What procedure on how to OC i7 8086k

I bought some new parts for my gaming-rig

I am thinking of buying a Watercooling-system just fyi.

Question is; What is the proper procedure when I am gona OC my 8086k? Ive watch a lot of youtube-videos but none really tells me what is what etc.

Where do I start?

A good video showing overclocking using the same BIOS you will be using.

The video talks about the 9 series rather than the 8 series.

And here is Der8auer again talking about overclocking the 8 series also with an Asus BIOS. He is doing the 8700k but the 8700k and the 8086k are the same chip so it is all relevant.
