what processor upgrade for a dell dimension 9150?

hi all, thinking about upgrading the processor in my old dell lump, its currently running a p4 prescot 775lga 3ghz chip. some foxcon mobo i guess

how do i know what will be compatable, such as core 2 duos etc?

ok i think i will leave that then, its still running ok but the extra power would be nice for what i use it for.

its not my main rig lol, ive got a p5q pro with a e5200 @ 3.6 :)
