what PSU do i need?

i am making a PC for my mate and i dont know what PSU to get the specs so far are

AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 955 Black Edition 3.2GHz (Socket AM3) - Retail

Asus Crosshair III Formula AMD 790FX (Socket AM3) PCI-Express DDR3 Motherboard

Corsair Dominator XMS3 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1600C9D Twin3X (TW3X4G1600C9D) X2

Samsung SpinPoint F1 1TB SATA-II 32MB Cache - OEM (HD103UJ) X2

and a GTX 295 or ATI Radeon HD 4870 or GTX 260



also can i buy a too big PSU and waste money? and i may overclock

Be aware though, if the PSU fails you have to ship the bloody thing to the netherlands which is a bloody pain in the backside (corsair PSU). Currently dealing with it myself..
