The current quad core chips have a TDP of 77W. If the computer doesn't need a dedicated graphics card, then motherboard/ram/ssd are unlikely to take the total power to much over 100W.

Pico PSU's are an option at that range, but I don't believe they're especially reliable (relative to seasonic et al). Most atx supplies start at 400W, which seems excessive for computer that will struggle to hit a quarter of that.

Is there a good option out there?

If you are using the iGPU, then your cpu will use more than the 77w, especially in turbo. I say get the most efficient 350 watt supply you can buy. There's some good ones around. I saw some hybrid modular Be Quiet ones whilst looking for a PSU for my HTPC. I'm sure in the item spec it said they were 88% efficient at 50% load or something.

Not sure if OCUK stock them; have a sniff around.

A decent 400w psu costs about £45. A pico psu and brick is a bit more.

I feel there should be a well made, cheaper option available when the wattage needed is so low. I doubt I'll use the on board graphics either, only really needs an ethernet cable.

edit: There are a number of 1U 150W supplies out there which look roughly appropriate
