What PSU should i get?

Hi guys dont know what psu to get.. i want a modular one...

these are going to be my space
e8400
4gb ram
p5e x38 mobo
160gb hd
512mb bfg 8800 gt oc
antec 900

i dont want to spend a lot no more than 60£ probs??

guys you know the Corsair HX 520 will it be enough??? how will you know?? what will be left etc???
