I have some spare parts that I will build a retro gaming computer out of. AMD Ryzen 5 3600 / nVidia GTX 1660 Super / MSI B550 Tomahawk Max / 2x 8GB RAM. I might have up to 4x 140mm Noctua fans and 3x 120mm Noctua fans or I could stick with the 2x 140mm and 1x 120mm the case I want will come with. I'll make a final decision on which fans to use when I see temps and hear the case in operation.
I selected all my components on a calculating site and it says the specs would draw about 329W. Is this accurate? What PSU would be good? I'm thinking a good brand's 550W should be more than OK or is 650W a safer bet? I also want something fully modular so I can minimise cables not being used and getting in the way.
Is this a good PSU to get? https://www.overclockers.co.uk/seas...w-80-gold-modular-power-supply-ca-06w-ss.html or if 650W better, this one? https://www.overclockers.co.uk/seas...plus-gold-modular-power-supply-ca-07f-ss.html
