What PSU-watts for this kit?

Hi all,

Thinking of a new PSU soon to replace the modular 580w Hyper I currently have. Would like it to be quiet and very modular. It will be powering the kit below. What sort of power should I be looking at, the HIS card is an 8pin input and I think a little more power hungry than the standard 3850 AGP? The system will only have a slight overclock on the CPU and memory.

Asrock 4coreDual SataII motherboard
Intel E5200 processor
Corsair XMS Pro-PC3500 (2x1GB)
HIS IceQ 3850 512 AGP graphics card
Samsung 640gb hard drive
Samsung 1TB hard drive
Samsung IDE DVD writer
Floppy drive/card reader
M-Audio 2496 soundcard
TV card
Wireless PCI card
A few Noctua case fans

The Corsair 520w

- Clicky you proberly get away with the 450w version.

My current 580w Hyper only has a 6pin PCIe, though the HIS 8pin PCIe works fine with it.

My current PSU is not the quietest though not the noisiest either, it has superb modular cables, but lights up blue, as I plan to fit this all into a HTPC case I think it may be worth changing soon.
