From what I can tell from a quick Google search it's a standard PC case (looks like a Gigabyte 3D Aurora). Dell is the only manufacturer known for using non-standard pinouts on their mobo's ATX connectors so if I had to guess I'd say that it is standard-compliant equipment.
Double check the color coding on the ATX connector you have versus the ATX standard configuration just to be sure.
