Is There Program That Tell Me What Sort Ram It Take?

You could scan it here or download EVEREST Free Edition 2.20 install > launch....top left REPORT then next next finnish and save.
Then read the save results.

Or even have a look on the sticks currently installed, might have a sticker giving you the info required.

well if its a p3 its more then likely sd p4 ddr

althou i have seen early p4 boards take sd ram
