What ram? for OC

Ive got a e8400 on a biostar tpower p45 board

i want to upgrade my ram from the 2gb of geil dragon 800 mhz to something that will allow me to get a high overclock

i want 4gb ( i have 64 windows server 2008)

what should i get?

im hoping for a near 5ghz overclock underwater

should i be looking at 1066 or 1150 or even 1200? what ram can do these speeds i no some can go a lot faster than stated but im not sure which these are?

May as well go for the OCZ PC2-8500 as it's dirt cheap atm. It should be able to do atleast 1110mhz.

yer looks like it might have to be that i cant find any 1150mhz 2x2gb kits atm i guess its abit overkill for most people, i was hoping to go for 1200mhz as im not going to upgrading for a while but it looks unlikely.

EDIT: what kind of overclock have people managed with this stuff id like to push what ever i get for some free speed

Well on the off-chance that you do get to 5ghz, then PC2-8500 can usually keep up.

Ok thanks cob i realise im being opitmistic with the 5ghz bit but im jsut aiming for as high as i can safely go.
