What ram for xbmc?

I'm building a pc that will run xbmc in the lounge and stream to rasberry pi upstairs. Would there be a noticeable difference between

I know it's only £7 difference. but I'm just reading up on ram speeds, timings and oc'ing and I need to make the order soon for delivery on my day off

Specs are as my sig but going to order an i3 3240 and the ocz agility 2 ssd from my gaming build

Thanks, would the difference in performance be noticeable? Might be worth upgrading the Kingston genesis gray 1600mhz in my gaming rig to 2400mhz and using the Kingston in the htpc build
