what ram ? high perf

Im looking to run 8gb of ram on an x38 mboard with a q6600

I was looking to buy the reaperx 6400 but saw somewhere you cant use them side by side, so 2x2x2gb wont work ?

I wish to overclock the q6600 to 9x400mhz so 3.6ghz, and want low timing ram to suit, whats best for me to buy, as ill be filling all the slots with identical ram sticks.
