What RAM is better?

Basically I am a noob when it comes to the finer details of RAM. I understand that the timing cycles are everything and the lower the better. But what is better out of these two, the one with lower timings also has lower Mhz.

Thanks for the reply but it's confused me further! ha! Out of the two i picked, what one is 'better?'.

But I'm guessing out of them 3, the one you picked would be the best bang for buck?

The Team RAM you picked is better, out of the three you are right in thinking the one I linked too is a better bang per buck.

are timings very important for RAM, lower the better if im not wrong ?
