What RAM with CPU?

Been out of the RAM loop for a while and a bit confused with what RAM to buy.

CPU will be the Intel Core 2 DUO E4300 "LGA775 Allendale" 1.80GHz (800FSB). Won't be looking to do any sort of overclocking, so just looking for RAM to run at stock.

Whats the minimum PCxxxx spec DDR2 I would need to run with CPU?

You cannot be serious?? U dont want to overclock the cpu. There very easy and will easily hit 3ghz! For the price of 667mhz ram you might aswell get the 800mhz ram as its basically the same price.

Maybe look at the Geil 6400 value ram at £145 for 2gb!

Would PC2-5300 DDR2 be fine?

System's not mine by the way but for a mate on a budget who doesn't know his way around a BIOS let alone overclock
