What RAM with Gigabyte 965P DS3?

I am currently running 2GB of Corsair PC2-6400C5. Am I right in thinking adding a another 2GB will not run with Vista? Also will the 4GB kit work even though the voltage is only 1.8v-1.9v, whereas the 2GB kit is 1.8v-2.1v?

I have a 965 DS3 Rev1 and have used 2 * 1GB on Win XP and 2 * 2gb on Vista 64 without a problem
