What RAM with Gigabyte GA-X38-DQ6?

Edit: Just noticed the title, sorry it should be the GA-EX38-DS5.

Hi could someone please point out to me which RAM to use with a Gigabyte GA-EX38-DS5 motherboard?

On the GigaByte website it states the following:

4 x 1.8V DDR2 DIMM sockets supporting up to 8 GB of system memory
Support for DDR2 1200/1066/800/667MHz, ECC, non ECC memory modules.

So obviously there is a big selection of RAM, but which 1066MHz is good for it?

Would the following be suitable:
OCZ 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-8500C5 1066MHz or
G.Skill 2GB DDR2 PK PC2-8500C5
