DDR2.

More specifically, for overclocking G.SKill HZ from the 0605 batch onwards or just on a budget, any value line will do fine.

In the RAM specs? They are the timings of the RAM - the lower the numbers, the better and faster the RAM is. I really won't go into this now though, as it would take me a very long time to explain it all - have a look at the sticky, there might be something in there.

Any DDR2 RAM will work it depends on how much you are willing to spend.
If you just want some value RAM then maybe look at Geil Value stuff, if you are looking for slightly better then take a look at the Gskill RAM (NR, around £135) and if you have a large budget look at the other Gskill stuff (HZ, around £170)
