Any dodgey camera angle and shadow is used for some ridiculous theory just becuase some people simply refuse to believe something so great can be destroyed so easily by such weak people.

all it shows is that america new something was going to happen, maybe even roughly what was going to happen, it jsut failed to act. The only think wich is questonable is.

1) did they not act out of a breakdown in communications and incompetence.
or
2) did they not act because they wanted an excuse and a reason to start wars.
