what reasonable priced standard atx motherboard will accept this processor ?

I'd vote for none. I don't believe any board you could buy new would be a worthwhile replacement for your current one. If you insist, any am2 board will work. I don't believe am2+ will do, but I may be wrong there. am3 wont work with it.
