What refresh rate for 4K resolution screen connected via DVI?

Can someone please confirm whether a 60Hz refresh rate is possible on a 4K display connected via DVI?

Should be DP or HDMI 2 only.

Ok thanks. DisplayPort seems to be quite a flakey connection for me.

Have you tried a different cable? Some of the DP monitors were shipping with below par cables IIRC.

I've tried two different cables on two monitors and two different graphics cards! The issue always seems to be on waking the computer it can take a long time for the screen to come back on or it comes on, then goes off, then comes back on again. Never had such issues with DVI.
