Just got a weird phone call on my mobile. She (yes it was a girl oO) didn't withdraw. I answered and she said first 'who is this' I am like 'who are you?'

Then it's all a bunch of fast speech I didn't quite catch. I didn't answer, so she went 'hello? hello?' and hung up after a while. None of my friends recognize the number.

01132 xxxxxx - what region is that for the UK, does anyone know? I tried looking it up but no avail. (I'm in Leicestershire).

been as i work there

yes its leeds

area code is actually just 0113

but at the moment all numbers start with a 2 after it

ironically, same as the leicester numbers that are also 0116, and again all start with a 2 after

I just remembered my sister is at Leeds University, so I've just sent her a text asking what the sammy hill is going on. It's not her number and sounded nothing like her.

There was a few cities all done at the same time - Leeds, Sheffield, Nottingham, Leicester, Bristol, Reading.

I'm so anal about things - it really gets on my t!ts when I see codes written wrongly, e.g. (01132) or (0208) when it should be (0113) 2xx xxxx and (020) 8xxx xxxx.

Do they? (I am sure that my school has a number that begins with a "3" [after the area code: "0113"]; is it different for schools [and/or businesses]?).

obviously they've just started then

they've had 0113 2 for years so were bound to start running out. The area code is just the 0113,as you have to type the 2 if you live in leeds.

so its no suppise you know a number starting with 3 :)
