What resolution should be expected on a 10.1" screen?

Been thinking about getting a netbook but have decided to hold out a little longer for these 10 odd inch screens as I suppose their resolution will be a little bigger than the 1024 x 600 you get on the majority of the 8.9s at the moment.

Would I be right in thinking the resolution should increase? Any idea what the standard will be?

I'm guessing it'll be about 1280 x 800 for a ten inch screen but if anyone could shed some light that would be great.

Many 10" will still have the 1024x600 resolution as it's not a big step up by 1.1". Not see one that has a higher resolution apart from the Sony P, but that's ridiculous amount of money for a "netbook" (or ultraportable says Sony)

I currently have a Samsung Q210 with a 12.1" screen and although I love how sharp everything looks on the (1280x800) screen and I think that resolution on a 10.1" screen may make things a little too small on screen, just my opinion.

tbh you need all the screen space you can get your hands on with a 10" netbook.. do you prefer scrolling all the time
