What review sites show minimum FPS?

Problem is minimum fps alone doesn't really tell much of a story, you need to know really the amount of time spent below 30fps, amount of time sustaining 60fps, etc.
 
Myself and Tommy will be posting some benchmarks very shortly where we look to see in percentage terms how much faster a 7970 is over a 7950 at matched clocks in todays games. We cover stock ghz speeds of 1050/1500 and clocked speeds of 1200/1600.

Games we tested:
Bioshock Infinite
Dirt Showdown
Hitman
Metro2033
Sleeping Dogs
Tomb Raider

We only chose games with consistent in game benchmarks to ensure accurate results.

I should ask either Tommy or Rusty to do a comparison between CF 7950 and CF 7970s. @1080 and 1440.
