What room is your computer in?

Main system in the lounge, tablet for round the house, separate HTPC in lounge and bedroom for streaming content on hdtv's.

Mine's in the living room, behind our TV cabinet hooked up to our 42" TV with a wireless mouse/keyboard and a 360 controller. Steam Big Picture has been very useful too :p

HP microserver out of the way in the garage rafters, main pc in the second bedroom and a laptop which floats around. The blu ray player takes care of media to the telly

Main PC is in my bedroom. Laptop is a permanent fixture (not literally) in the kitchen.

Hopefully 2013 will bring a dinky htpc for the living room.

In the study, you need a separate room. Otherwise when you have people round you have to worry they'll spill something on it or otherwise damage your precious monitors!

Just got the laptop, usually use it on the kitchen table. It's starting to get a bit tired, and I can't afford a decent gaming one so shall have to resurrect my PC, I might have to build it into the kitchen somehow and have a screen in there, I don't like being hidden away from my GF when gaming and stuff.

In the lounge/dining room, no way I would get to disappear upstairs and play for hours. My wife is happy for me to play downstairs whiel she watches tv and natters away to me. The only downside is playing with zero volume and subtitles buit soemthing I have become used to.

Living room, but only because its a 1 bed flat and has no-where else to go. Next place must have a box-room/study to become my mancave :D

Of course having kids can change that as well, having 2 or 3 doesn't leave many places to havea study unless you can afford a 4/5 bedroom house.

In the lounge as there is no where else in our flat that it could go.

Looking to buy a house next year so will try and find one with a small mancave room or look to convert the garage.
