what router does sky broadband use?

m dad has an installation date for sky, but i was wondering what router they provide and also does it have wired access aswell as wireless? because he will need to get a wireless dongle if it isnt wired aswell

Yes it's wired as well as wireless. I believe it's a Netgear DG834GT with Sky's own custom firmware.
