What rss readers do you use

Interested in getting a rss reader and wondered what you guy's use. Is app based or web based the way forward and what features does your favoured reader have that you like.
Also how hard is it to add a rss feed to your own news or blog pages. What rss format to use and any good tutorial pages with hints n' tips on how to do it in html/php?

Cool. You got a link to the page and if you could post the code 'snippet' that would be awsome. Im not so interested in the coding the reader but more the feed side of things, however all things rss are appreciated.
