Just search for marrow recipes?

One popular one is to cut it in half and then stuff with mince cooked mince/sauce and roast it, top with cheese at the end if you like. That's how I did mine a few weeks ago.

That's the only way I've had it. Bit boring though marrow itself.

We`d be eating it for weeks is we did that.

The other half is planning to make some jam and chutney with it,though with it weighing in @ nigh on 20lb that`ll still leave a sizeable chunk of it left.
