What scale for a 43 inch TV/monitor?

My monitor broke and I have to get a new one. In the meantime, I am hooking up my PC to my 43 inch TV.

I can't seem the get the scale right in windows. The default scale is 300% which is way too big. I can see pixels with 300%.

What scale in windows would be best for a 43 inch TV?

What resolution is the TV, is it 720, 1080 or 4K.

I tend to always stick with 100% as some apps do not work well with anything else.

I use 100% on 1080p tv, but 125% to 150% on my 58inch 4k TV as i sit at the sofa and can barely see the text at 100%.
300% is really big.

I use 125% scaling, as it makes the text size much better for my old eyes. What I did notice was that the text looked bad initially, but was great once I tuned ClearType in Windows 10.

It's a 4k resolution.

I will try 125%
