What Screen Resolution Do You Play Games At?

  1. Screen Resolution you play at?
  2. Native Resolution of your monitor?
  3. Do games run bad/average/perfect?
  4. (If you can be bothered) the important specs of your PC?

1 - 1920x1200 if i can, else 1680x1050
2 - 1920x1200
3 - most are alright at native res, but i go down to 1680 and it looks acceptable to me.
4 - c2d e4300 @ 2.7ghz, 2gb ram, 640mb 8800gts, dell 2407wfp are the relevant bits i think

1) 1280x1024
2) 1280x1024
3) Current gen pretty much perfectly, may struggle with nexgen games (Crysis etc.)
4) Athlon x2 3800, 2gig ram, 8800gts 320mb

Would love to have the monster screen the OP has tho

1) 1024x768 or 1280x1024 depending on game support.
2) 1280x1024
3) Usually average, but I'm in-between builds at the moment awaiting parts from OcUK.

on a crt here, so rez can vary, used to be 1600x1200, but then more demanding games ended up at 1280x960 then rainbow 6 vegas ended up at 800x600 lol.

Ah, at least there's one other person than me that still uses a CRT! :)
ME too, why would I waste my 8800Ultra on a LCD, they dont look as good yet.
Also games like CS:S at 100Hz look sooo smooth, no vsync on tearing to worry about.

I run dual screens - Cheapy 19" TFT for non-games, and 21" CRT for movies and games. Best of both worlds, for now at least.

I'd have 800x600 nice and smooth over 1280x1024 jerky. ;)

1.) 1680x1050
2.) 1680x1050
3.) Perfect for most games, lack of vram kills it in some games. Hopefully Crysis is in the former.
4.) C2D E6750, 8800GTS 320mb

1) 1920 * 1200
2) 1920 * 1200
3) Most games are smooth, but can't run AA due to lack of memmory.
4) 8800 GTS 320MB - AMD Dual Core in 64bit (still going strong!!)
