what screen?

hi all,

im looking to buy a 42" hdtv and im wanting some opinions on what to go for.

i have aroung £1500 (no more than £2000) to spend. what can people recomend?

how is the Samsung PS42C7HDX or the Philips 42PF7621D

are there any other sets i should look at?

p.s id like a black one haha

The phillips looks good, Im about ready for a new tv myself, but dont know weather to get LCD or Plasma. Whats your view?

I ordered the Philips 42PF7621D today!

looks pretty good with HD stuff on it. you can get it for about £1500, in my opinion well worth the money.

Also mabye check out the Samsungs and LG. If your looking for a 37" check our a Toshiba 37WLT66, they had some good reviews.
