What sensor cleaning stuff?

My sensor is dirtier than ScarySquirrel on a Friday night when he's drunk and feeling fiesty.

What do you recommend? Idiot proof is preferable

Also, if there is dust/dirt on the mirror, is that cleanable?

Not something i'd like to try though. Very involved, probably better to send off.

I thought that, especially when I was only being charged £15 by a local place to do my 40D...

Then they wanted £45 to do the 5D2 cos it's full frame I've decided to invest in the stuff myself

Well I bought a pack of swabs with Eclipse fluid already loaded up, says its for the 5D sensor so fingers crossed
