What setting should I use for Free sync

I am about to get a Fury and use it on my BenQ XL2730Z (free sync range 40-144) tonight, just wondering should I set any fps limit on afterburner and enable vsync or not in game?

Also shall I enable the monitor's blur reduction setting or not?
