What settings could I use?

Hi Guys, I'm somewhat new to this overclocking business, however i did once manage to oveclock a system some years ago, but completely forgotten how to do it, so could you help?

The RAM is 800Mhz 4GB, I'm pretty sure its Strontium RAM, I couldnt find a BIOS update for this ASUS Motherboard either yet I'm sure there must be one floating around. I don't have any other coolers except for the main system fans so I'm just looking as to what frequencies I should change, and what to change them to, I'd like to OC the system to what its capeable of without having to go out and buy some extra hardware.
