What settings on PS3 and new HD question.

Hi just got a PS3 with a 40GB HD.

Need to upgrade HD to a bigger size (seem to be using it up quickly) so which one should I get.
Can someone perhaps link to one on OcUK so I know what to order please.

Also I have the PS3 connected to my new 37" plasma through HDMI and audio to my AV amp through optical.

What settings should be set on the PS3 for optimum quality etc as I am not really sure.

Not sure about the sound settings myself. But for the HD, any of the Western Digital Caviar Blue models would be a good choice, just depends how big you want and how much your looking to spend
