What should i buy?

Need decent GFX card, Dx11 capable that will out do an ATI 5750 in games like GTA4, World of Tanks & Napoleon.

780w PSU (4x12v rails @ 18amps a piece)
£140 max budget.
1920x1080 (and always used) resolution...

So the 5850 beats a 460GTX?

Interesting, i don't like the idea of a 2 year warranty although it hardly matters as i'm liable to OC it as soon as its plugged in "just because" sorta thing.
