What Should I Choose? (noob)

Just had installed BT infinity installed (79mb over cable, 30mb over old usb wireless dongle which is to be expected)

Is it best the get a
1) PCI network card
2) wireless Extender (than cable to pc)
3) new dongle

don't want to get powerline adapter

I have a feeling that a pci netword card is the way to go, however i only have 1 PCIe x16 (free) would this be ok

any help would really be appreciated, would like to order for delivery tommorow. Thankyou

Would have the cable installed but would just cost to much at the min
x1 slot used by sound card x16 used by 3 slot 580 (only one x16 available)

would either of these 2 be alright, i can't tell the difference between them (is it newer model or different)

OK cheers, if i cant get the 79mb connection over a dongle or wireless pci card theres no point, i'll just use my old for now until i can afford to have the cable routed. thanks for the help
