What should i do about these chips on my car?

Hi,

Just cleaned my car (its been a while) and i have noticed 2 chips with what appears to be rust in the middle! They are only 1/2mm in width, what should i do about them? Oh here they are.

Do you think they would sort out some scuffs the cars got aswell for that price?
