What should i do? (Another bay question)

Ive tried buying:

iPhone 4 - Seller Scammer
iPhone 4 - Seller Scammer
9900 - Vodafone couldnt track my order number
9900 - Vodafone declined my credit check

Tried buying a 9900 off bay today, contacted him asking is it SEALED? he was like Yeah.

I then bought it but didnt pay for it as i saw the delivery was Standard Recorded (Not special delivery as it says in his Descript)

I then contacted the user asking him if i could pick it up as i live in the same town he does.

And no reply since like 5 hours ago, luckily i havent paid yet so what should i do?

Everyone seems to be wanting to eff me over lately.
