Bsically I'm a bit tall an skinny. My shoulders aren't very broad and whenever I try and buy a shirt or hire suit my shoulders are always far to narrow. I have some handweights that are about 3kg - if I hold these out at arms length for periods of time will this help to broaden my shoulders? What about just lifting them?
Thanks for the advice - plenty for me to think about. The reason I've waited until I'm 16 before I work out is so that I don't damage or injure myself. I'm just gonna take things slowly and only do a little at a time - I'll probably join a gym as well.
