What should I do?

I'm looking at maybe upgrading a few things on my pc as its over a year old now so could probably do with some tweaking. One thing I definately want to do is upgrade the RAM (I've only got what I've got because I had a lot of problems with RAM when I first got everything and this stuff worked so I stuck with it) however I dont know what to upgrade to? I want at least 2GB, but what would be best for me? Also is it worth upgrading anything else?

Current System

Gigabyte 965P-DS4
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4Ghz
Gainward GeForce 7950GT 512Mb (overclocked very slightly)
Corsair CM2X5126400C4 DDR2 1GB
Tagan 600W PSU
Freezer Pro 7 Cooler

I've been looking at the GeIL 2GB PC2-6400C4 Kit and the OCZ 2GB PC2-6400C4 Kit

Because of the cheap prices is it worth me going for a 4GB?? I've read somewhere that the 4GB (2x2GB) kits arent up to scratch and 4x1GB would probably be better?

I would go for 4GB (2x2 or 4x1, doesnt matter really). If on tighter budget just get 2GB though.

8800GT, if want to spend less go for the HD3850 PRO 512.

Finally, get a cooler like the Tuniq Tower and overclock your CPU, it should be able to reach 3.2GHz

Edit: Just seen that you already have a cooler, sorry. You ever tried to overclock the CPU?

I might have to go for 4GB then Think i'll get 4x1.

Never tried overclocking the CPU however I have been reading This post on overclocking. I might have to up it slightly

cool well the RAM should be waiting or me when I get home from work today (or in the post office..)

Some tips / advice would be great, can read guides all day long but its always better hear it from someone!
