What should I do ?

I have got a problem with my iPhone. It has got a black dot in the middle of the screen. It is really anoying any White background is very distractive. What should I do I got iPhone 3G from 02 had to return the phone before with a fulty battery. had the iPhone 3G for around 5 months.

Does anyone know my rights and 02s returns

Might be a stuck pixel, should still be under warranty with Apple.

Will they try push a repair or would they swap it over?

From what I've read about the support they will try and repair the part, if not replace it or issue you a refirbished or new one. I don't know if they do it the same day or even in the store, they may need to send it away.

O2 will take it away and you'll be without your phone for a while, potentially a week or more. Apple will most likely just swap it.

Update

In the Manchester Apple store, waiting for the Apple team to fix my Iphone, they are going to try fix it now and then.

If there is slot available.

Does anyone know if they can't fix it there and then they will give you a new one?
