Hey guys,

So, i've been out of gaming really for a good 7 months, and I have happened upon some money and am going to treat myself to a new-ish release for my PS3 that I haven't used in oh-so-long.

And anyway my options atm are: (feel free to add if you wanted)

Battlefield 3 - Don't really know. Graphics on PS3 Beta seemed TERRIBLE and felt rather clunky yet the game is getting decent reviews. However it is at the higher prices, around £40.

Dark Souls - Loved Demons Souls however I never had the time to put into it and get past the first few levels. I heard Dark Souls is harder so I am worried I may not be able to get much out of it as I don't have too much time to dedicate to it Around the lower end of new release pricing @ £30ish

Fifa 12 - LOVE Fifa games I must admit, and the last one I had was Fifa 10. Love the game as it is easy to just jump into a quick game and is very fun
What is better in Fifa 12 than in 10? Is it worth buying?

Batman Arkham City - Loved Batman AA basically. This looks even better simply.

So, opinions? D:

I love dark souls, But its a game that requires your time. So if you dont have time to put in, it will no doubt go the same way demon souls did for you.

Batman Arkham city would be a good buy I think. Especially if you loved the first one.

Fifa 12 has new defending meaning it's much less of a pick up and play game

Well once I get my head around it it won't be too much of a problem...

Yeah, I think this is mainly between Batman and Fifa now :p

Not played much dead island myself. But my brothers girlfriend loves it. I got put off slightly though when watching her on it once. She was stood on a desk swinging a weapon at some zombies head and it was missing. Although it blatantly wasnt... Collision detection problem I think. The game has some problems, But if you can look past them, its supposed to be good.

Im a very jaded gamer, but Dark Souls although very hard in places until you level up etc, has to be one of the most rewarding games ive ever played, it gives you time to think and plan, learn from your mistakes etc, i fed up with games that just throw loads of enemies in a rush at you.
Im a bit of a casual gamer myself too.
