What should i get?

5850 - Lowest power consumption, lowest noise, very overclockable. < What I would buy.

5770 crossfire - Little faster in most games, some lack support. Use a bit more power and potentially a bit noisier.

470 - Most expensive, most power required, clock well when cooled properly, loudest but also offers things like CUDA and PhysX. Up to you if they're important or not.

I'd go for the 5850 as well, best value for money. 5770 cf would give good performance, but then you have to deal with the odd driver issue/lack of game support, and for the same price (less actually) you could have a great single card which leaves you the option of cf at a later date when 5850s are even cheaper.

Just wondering if my Antec New Truepower 650w PSU will be enough for 5850 Crossfire?

GTX 470 can be had for £264.36 inc. VAT, now that's not much more than a 5850, so if you like physx and the whole Nvidia package then a 470 is a good card and will clock well.
