Hello,
I have taken my memory out to view the label it is:

PC2 6400 5-5-5 @1.9-v
Gold Series
PN OCZ2g8004GK SN 00562080503322-1

Somewhere on OC there is a table or something to say what you can clock your memory to. Can someone point me in the right direction or do me a big favour and just tell me what I need to set to what to overclock the memory the most i can and keep it stable. Many thanks in advance.

Personally I have never seen any real benefit from overclocking memory.

I would only overclock if i needed to push the cpu further.

start by dropping the memory multiplier as low as you can, so that it is running as slow as possible. then overclock the cpu. then, set the multiplier so that the ram is running at it's rated frequency.

if you still feel the need to oc the ram, you just do the reverse - set the cpu multiplier as low as possible, the ratio as high as possible, and increase the nb until it is unstable.

you will then know the maximum speed of your cpu and of your ram. set the cpu to it's maximum speed, then set the multiplier to be as close as possible to getting the maximum speed from your ram. you may need to drop the nb a little if the ram is slightly over what was stable when the cpu is at its max.
