Thinking off going watercooled but as cheap as possible really as i know there pricey.

also is it worth adding another 2 sticks off 4gb ram?

Hi there,

Just a few questions.

What do you use your PC for? Gaming, video editing, CAD?

Is your pc struggling with your uses?

I think custom watercooling is a bit of a waste of money unless you do a CPU and GPU loop.

As for upgrades I think you could upgrade your 7870, though it depends on your budget or whether or not its struggling?

New GPU definitely an R9 280X or 290 would make a nice upgrade or maybe another 7870 which can be had for around £90 used but you'd require a new PSU!

Hi guys mainly movies and youtube, and photoshop cs6
Gaming wise ive started getting back into it and play dayz , spin tires , the gf plays sims but think thats about it
Ive seen that my gpu can be overclocked wonder if its worth giving that a go .
at times on spins tires I have all the settings on high , I know its only a demo game atm but it does run it fine normally
Except when I try to fast forward the time
It does glitch now and then but apprently thats a commen thing

Chris :)

If you want to overclock a good air cooler makes more financial sense than watercooling and you already have one of those.

Also, for your uses I'd say you don't need to upgrade. Maybe get a bigger / better monitor or treat yourself to a mechanical keyboard?

Have a mechanical keyboard and have pc running on a 37inch led samsung smart tv lol

I have a fairly decent aircooler so I thought anyway
but still runs quite high
