what should i upgrade

hi im thinking of getting some new parts for xmas and was wondering what to upgrade/add

i was thinkin of a new cpu will it make much difference im happy with my gpu it seems capable of still playing my games, what about a new heatsink my cpu seems to be running on the warm side

I went from 2GB to 4GB RAM and it actually LOWERED my 3DMark score. But In overall PC performance it made a lot of difference.

Seen as RAM is so cheap, its silly not to.
