What should I upgrade?

Are the AMD's going to be replaced soon? If so would a cheap AMD processor such as:

AMD Phenom II X2 Dual Core 555 3.20GHz Black Edition (Socket AM3) - Retail @ £68.14

keep me going untill the new ones come out?

How are the OcUk psu's?

These are the setting I have to give me about 19fps

I know Intel's Sandy Brigde will be out next month, but that will be on a new socket called 1155, requiring a new motherboard too. AMD's Bulldozer will be out sometime in late 2011 with a socket called AM3+. The current Phenom II series will work with these motherboards, but the Bulldozer CPUs will not work on current AM3 motherboards.
 
Ok I think I have decided on amd!

I am Going to get a good processor and a cheap board so I can replace the board later on next year but still use the processor then upgrade that when/if I need to I'll hopefully buy it all in Jan.

So the black edition amd processor
Msi 5850 gpu
Not sure on what psu or board but it will be under £50 for each!
Then the 4th of ram in the other builds!

Will that give me a decent frame rate in wow?
