What should I upgrade?

Hey guys,

Just a quick question really.

Been toying with the idea of an upgrade and not sure what would be the best part of my system to upgrade.

This pc is used for gaming (wow, battlefield2, bfbc2 and hopefully bf3) and general day to day stuff like email and web.

Phenom 955 BE
ATI Radeon HD 5830
MSI 870A-G54 AMD 870 (Socket AM3) DDR3 Motherboard
4 gigs of corsair 1600mhz
500 watt coolermaster bog standard psu that came with the case.

SSD?

Change the PSU to then enable a beefier graphics card?

AM3+ board to take a Bulldozer CPU?

Add a heatsink to overclock the 955BE?

SSD would make a big difference with the day to day OS stuff. New GPU could help with games, but tbh a 5830 is still pretty decent.

I'd agree regarding SSD's. And shudder to say it, but they're almost getting to be good value for money. Nice speed boost for not so many pennies these days.
