what side do my case fans connect?

hi all this might seem a silly question to some but ill ask anyway.

i have just purchased some new case fans 1 X http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showp...K-183-L2B Amber Ultra Quiet 120mm Fan - 3 pin

one fan will go on the top of my pc case and the other at the back where all case have a standard fan
what way do i connect the fans ? do i want both fans taking air out or 1 fan blowing air in? to suck air out is the picture of the fan facing so you can see it or facing the other way hope someone understands what i have written bit akward to put into words

rear one is an exctrator so blowing air out the case, Not sure what most people do with the top one, but I expect it is also an exhaust fan.

Veyr odd choice of fans though. One very quite, one noisy. 18db vs 36db

nothing odd about it the sharkoon has a bigger rpm thats why its louder

well yeah, but why spend money on a large quite fan, when the small ones going to be noise, unless you are planning on volt modding or have a fan controller.

well hot air rises so you want the fan on top sucking out
have you got any fans at the front sucking air in?
you don't want all fans sucking out , you want a balance
a fan at the front bottom of the case if you can sucking air in is a good idea
