I bought a retail 4600+ AM2 processor last June and I have often noticed that the cheap cooler supplied with it is very noisy.
I was wondering what you guys would recommend as an alternative.
There's not really a budget, but nothing too expensive. I don't watercool.
My PC is mostly used for browsing web, watching dvd's/movies at a high resolution, doing menial tasks and work/writing essays/power point presentations.
